- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and create and adjust strategic plans that drive business development. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions to ensure they are effective and relevant
Team Management :
- Oversee and mentor the sales and marketing team, including setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment to maximize team effectiveness and morale.
Sales Management :
- Monitor sales performance, including tracking key metrics and setting targets for the team.
- Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Marketing Campaigns :
- Execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, social media, and events.
- Develop promotional materials and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Client Relations :
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster future sales.
Reporting and Analysis :

- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations. Possess the necessary knowledge on Development Control Rules (DCR) of CMDA/ Corporation/ DTCP, governing our various projects.
Customer Experience :
- Enhance the overall customer experience by improving service delivery and ensuring that client interactions are positive and professional.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually refine and improve service offerings.
Lead Generation and Conversion :
- Develop and implement strategies for generating high-quality leads.
- Optimize lead conversion processes to ensure that potential clients are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel.
Brand Reputation Management :
- Monitor online reviews, social media channels, and other platforms for customer feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and maintain a positive brand image in the real estate market.
