Key Responsibility Areas
Client Consultation :
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on the real estate market, property values, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings :
  • Create detailed property listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality photographs, and compelling marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
Property Showings :
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property and addressing any questions or concerns.
Negotiation :
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of the company, striving to achieve the best possible terms and conditions while satisfying the needs of the clients also.
Market Analysis :
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive pricing strategies in the vicinity. Use this information to advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
Relationship Building :
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders. Establish a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
Transaction Management :
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements governing telemarketing activities, including obtaining consent for calls, honouring do-not-call lists, and providing opt-out options for recipients who do not wish to be contacted further.
Time Management :
  • Oversee the entire sales or leasing process, from initial contact to closing. Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
Customer Service :
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying or leasing process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Target Achievement :
  • Be aware of individual and company sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them. Monitor progress regularly, adjust strategies as needed
    Consider setting both volume-based targets (number of properties sold) and value-based targets (total sales volume or revenue generated). This ensures that sales representatives focus on both quantity and quality of transactions.
Networking :
  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking groups to expand professional contacts, generate leads, and stay abreast of industry developments.
Administration :
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, tracking sales activity, preparing reports, and managing expenses effectively.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs :
  • Possess the necessary knowledge on Development Control Rules (DCR) of CMDA/ Corporation/ DTCP, governing our various projects.
